Statement of purpose
The Brunswick Secondary College Library is a stimulating and welcoming environment where learners are engaged and challenged to realise their individual potential and develop a lifelong love of reading.  It provides a range of activities and resources to enrich  learning, information and recreation needs. Our collection includes fiction and non-fiction books, and also audio visual resources.

 Opening Hours
The library is open all day from 8:25am until 3:50pm. During class time students should bring a note from their teacher. The library is open before and after school and during recess and lunchtime.

Students need to have their ID card in order to borrow and must have no overdue items on loan.
One or two books can be borrowed at any time for 2 weeks and must be re-borrowed or returned at the end of the loan time.
Books can be returned via the Return chute at the Loans desk.
Parents will be invoiced for books that are overdue by more than three months or books that have been lost.
Netbooks are available for loan between 8:25 and 8:50am. These must be returned by the end of the day in good working order.
