Brunswick Secondary College is an established coeducational academic school that serves the local communities of Brunswick and Coburg, also accepting some students from outside of these suburbs.

Our intention is to grow from its current size of 940 to 1000 students in the next few years. In 2010, the school completed a Master Plan through the Department’s Building Futures Program. This would see an expanded and enhanced performing arts and gym space as the first stage of building and we hope to be funded in the 2013 education budget.

Even though Brunswick Secondary has doubled in size over the past decade, we remain focused on structures and initiatives that promote positive teacher and student relationships and ensure individuals are known not only by their teachers but also by their Year Level Coordinator, Assistant Principal and other key staff. We also offer an extensive range of multi-age learning opportunities including the Production, Peer Support, Italian and Chinese Study Tours, Meditation, Music, Art, Science, Anime, Chess and Debating Clubs among others.
