Monday lunchtime saw three brave teachers have their hair shaved off to raise funds for Shave for a Cure, a national imitative dedicated to raising awareness of and funds for the Leukemia Foundation. Freddy Stronger was the first to face the clippers with Tony Martinez eager to follow. Rushing back from the Interschool Swimming Sports,  Josh Nolan was the final of the trio.  Expert hairdresser for the day was our Sports Captain. Nikki Davies .Nikki had herself had her hair shaved for the same cause. Although watching the event was fun, all were aware of the seriousness of the cause. There are few among us who have not been affected by cancer. Congratulations to our students and staff for supporting  both Shave for a Cure in support of the Leukemia Foundation.and Pink Stumps Day in support of the Jane McGrath Foundation.
